 Going through a first major move can be an emotional and difficult task. Researching complexes, driving around looking for "house for rent" signs, gathering information and negotiation pricing can be extremely time consuming. Add in a 3 year old son and the aforementioned tasks are made even more difficult. Luckily, we had Christina helping us. Throughout the process Christina communicated quickly and efficiently and provided an additional set of eyes and opinion. Her patience is off the charts as we spent 2 full mornings looking at over 10 different homes and apartments. While visiting leasing offices, she was a stern, yet professional voice that expected (and made) leasing agents go above and beyond for us - something that my passive attitude would not be able to get done. In the end, a process that should have been mentally and physically draining was actually pleasant thanks to Christina.  "As I was browsing and looking for houses online one night, I submitted my contact info for a several houses that i was interested in, and that same night I got an immediate  response from Christina! My son and I got great impression that she must put her clients first and stays on top of her profession. Within in a couple days, my kids and I met her and she started showing us a few places. We would meet a couple times a week to look at a few houses at a time. This went on for three weeks. My kids were very picky but Christina never gave up on ud and would email me listings every night.
